Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Mortgage Loan Processor to work virtually in the U.S.

This position involves performing appraisals of business or individual loans. You will undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution.

You will notarize and sign mortgage loan documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience as a loan processor

SKILLS:

• Good knowledge of banking computer software and Broker websites.
• In-depth understanding of the Wholesale Broker channel.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

Compensation:  $85 to $200 per loan signing appointment / hour
