PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering calls for a variety of different businesses and professionals.
• Taking messages, booking appointments, and transferring calls
• Understanding caller needs and providing business information
• Being part of a team and contributing to continued excellence

MUST HAVE

• Great work ethics
• Prior receptionist or call answering experience
• Quiet environment for answering calls
• Good internet, typing speed, and equipment (headset & computer)
• Availability of at least 4 hours/day, 5 days a week (the more the better)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Google Chrome browser
• Desktop or Laptop computer with headset microphone
• Reliable broadband internet connection
• Strong typing skills

COMPENSATION

This position offers an hourly rate based on your previous experience.

​Our starting, entry-level rate is $10 per hour and is paid weekly. Periodic raises are given based on improved performance and length of time spent with the company.

We also have a bonus program and a referral program. We invest in our team and train them for support roles and management as their experience grows, and we support them in their growth towards continued education or career advancement.
