OVERVIEW: Looking for a fully Virtual RCM Audit Coder (Revenue Cycle Management) to focus on Anesthesia coding.

OVERALL DUTIES:

• Review the auditing of coded medical records to ensure coding accuracy.
• Gather general documentation issues for the purpose of educational feedback, document results, and variances identified on the coder chart.
• Audit 75 records per day.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $26.00-$35.00 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years of coding experience in Anesthesia

• 2 years of coding experience

• CPC-A certification

• Medical terminology: 2 years (Required)

• ICD-10: 1 year (Preferred)

• Medical documentation: 1 year (Preferred)

SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge in Excel.

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
