Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Mortgage Loan Notary Signer to work virtually in the U.S.

This position involves performing appraisals of business or individual loans. You will undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution.

You will notarize and sign mortgage loan documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work from home or remotely.

• Remain up to speed regarding lending guidelines.

• Work positively with 3rd party entities such as Escrow, Title, Realtor's, and Clients.

• Forge trust relationships and enhance customer dedication.

• Work within established regulations and adhere to law requirements at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT RANGE: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment/hour
