Virtual Recruiter Specialist Job Objective:

You will sell our skin care products to consumers and recruit other independent beauty sales consultants nationwide.

A candidate recruit is someone that is qualified for any of the positions that we cover. The recruited candidate must be willing to become a member of our work-at-home job bank finder service. This service will help the recruited candidate find several remote jobs based on their background skills.

Virtual Recruiter Specialist Requirements: 

• ABILITY TO:
  • work remotely independently with minimum supervision
  • make a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day to candidates and send email correspondence.
  • post 800 new job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites.
• Internet & Computer.
• MUST BE/HAVE:
  • very upbeat, friendly, detailed and have outbound telemarketing/recruitment experience.
  • strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to get the job done!
  • able to format letters and pay close attention to detail.

  • able to complete and pass a felony verification check and our registration pre-screening process.

Hours are flexible and you can work 24/7.  You must be able to work a minimum of 5 days per week – Monday through Sunday anytime of the day or night.

Location: Work remotely, 1099 Independent Contractor; You can reside anywhere in the world as long as you can connect to the Internet!
