Certified Mobile Notary Service (certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is now seeking Mobile Notaries nationwide.  We currently have an exciting opportunity for Notary Publics in all 50 states looking for flexible working hours and supplemental income.

We are seeking experienced and collaborative Notary Publics to work remotely and join the team our satellite offices.

We will offer a comprehensive training for all selected Notary Public professionals to ensure they work with the team efficiently.

YOUR ROLE

The Notary Public will meet with a customer, provide notary services and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work and coordinate with our customer service team to ensure all assignments are completed in a timely manner.

The duties include reviewing and verifying the identity of the individual signing the documents, witnessing the signing of the documents and notarizing the documents as needed in compliance with relevant state policies and laws.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A Notary Public with

∙ At least 2 years’ experience as a Notary Public
∙ A valid state Notary Public license or Attorney license number
∙ A notary stamp and seal - You will be able to buy one from us if needed.
∙ Flexible hours during the week and weekends

∙ Able to travel to various locations within your traveling parameters
∙ A valid state driver’s license and clean driving record (for mobile notary service Notary Public Providers)
∙ A background screened certificate provided by an accredited notary organization - You will need to purchase from us if needed.
∙ Experience handling confidential and private customer documents and information
∙ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∙ A college degree and or high school diploma
∙ Available to start immediately
∙ Professional attire and demeanor

Additional Preferred Skills:
∙ Computer and Smart phones skills
∙ Available online as needed (mobile/desktop)
∙ Experience managing work independently
∙ Bi-lingual is a plus but not necessary

Pay: $85.00 - $200.00 per appointment scheduled
